The Director General of Border Guard Bangladesh is the professional head of the Border Guard Bangladesh (abbreviated as BGB, previously Bangladesh Rifles). The current DG is Major General Mohammad Ashrafuzzaman Siddiqui.[1] The first BGB chief was General Chitta Ranjan Dutta.[2]
